Cancellation Policy
Mentoring and Breathwork Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions govern your use of the mentoring and breathwork provided by Anna-Liza Mopio-Jane. All visitors, referred to as “user”, “you” and “your” are bound by these Terms and Conditions. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Anna-Liza Mopio-Jane owner of www.annalizamopiojane.com. By purchasing mentoring and breathwork, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. 1. Payment 1.1. Service Fee: By purchasing mentoring and breathwork service packages, you authorise Anna-Liza Mopio-Jane to charge your provided payment method for the fee. 1.2. Payment: Payment for mentoring and breathwork will be processed at time of booking. 1.3. No Refunds: All mentoring and breathwork fees are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be provided, regardless of your usage or satisfaction with the service. 2. Client Benefits 2.1. As a client, you will have access to exclusive content, resources, and services aimed at enhancing your mindset and personal development. 2.2. Anna-Liza Mopio-Jane reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time without prior notice. 3. Limitation of Liability 3.1. You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of or relating to your use of mentoring or breathwork. 3.2. Anna-Liza Mopio-Jane does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from your participation in mentoring or breathwork. 4. General Provisions 4.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Anna-Liza Mopio-Jane regarding your purchase of mentoring and breathwork and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. 4.2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. By subscribing to our athlete wellness membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
